Paste Style

The Paste Style option allows formatting to be copied from one shape and pasted (applied) to another.

The process for this command is shown in the following example:

1. Select the source shape/figure with the formatting to applied to another object.

   

2. Open the Contextual Menu and Copy the shape to the clipboard.

   

3. Select the target shape.

   

4. Open the Contextual Menu and press on the Expand Button (blue circle with right facing arrow)next to the Paste option.

   

5. Select the Paste Style option from Paste Submenu.

   

6. The formatting from the source figure is applied to the target figure.
